For booking of LPG i personally contacted my Dealer City Gas Services Sector 37-C, Chandigarh but they refuse to book and told that the gas is being booked online only though some customers are booking their gas at the distributor.
i booked my gas on-line on 26.02.11 with booking reference number as 201865. Later on when status was checked the message says your booking cancelled with very irrelevant date. Then i contact IOC toll free number 18002333555 on 28.5.11 at 08.09 A.M and call was dropped after keeping on hold for 40 minutes and 45 seconds. Then again i booked lpg on 28.05.11 with reference number 201993 which was canceled as per message on same date.
Now fate is not known to me. please help me
