Dear sir,
I have applied for the passport on 16/03 (parbhadevi office). My passport file no is BO10350 . I stay at lower Parel and belong to zone III i.e N.M Joshi marg, residential inquiry belongs to Lower Parel beat (near shivalae Hall). The officer in charge at lower Parel beat is Mr Mane.
It almost the 3 month from the date which I applied. I have still not received any inquiry till now from Mr Mane. I contact with the officer at N.M Joshi Marg, they said form has been handed over to Mr Mane @ lower parel beat (I personally verified the register @ N.M marg). I have several times visited and meet Mr Mane but the only reply that i get is that I am unable find the form / misplaced / I will get copy from passport office. there were many unsatisfactory reply for him. Even after paying him to perform his duties which he obliged as public servants. He is just harassing me by not call me several time in the office not showing me the form.
This my sincere request to kindly action so that necessary procedure for issuance policy are complied. I do have office duty to perform but opportunity cannot be availed due to indiscipline behavior of the officer.
Kindly take strict action against the police officer and passport officer incharge of handling passport as no one is even bothered about the time by which actual passport is to be delivered.
Please suggest any action that I need to take and contact of officer to whom i should coordinate.
