My conumer number is 13055 in M/s. Naresh Gas Agency, Parsudih, Jamshedpur. I had booked on 09.10.2009 for supply of refill cylinder. But till date the same has not been supplied to me even after a lapse of 7 days. As I have come to know that as per the company norms refill cylinders are supposed to be delivered within 7 days. On querry with the above dealer today i.e. on 16.10. they replied that they could be able supply only after 15 days from the date of booking. Kindly help me to make the delivery of refill cylinder immediately.
