I AM A CONSUMER OF INDANE GAS REGISTERED WITH ETAWAH GAS AGENCY, ETAWAH (NO. BEING E-2114).
1. THE AGENCY STAFF IS TOO RUDE/INSENSITIVE.
2. THEY DO NOT ALLOW REFILLS BEFORE 40 DAYS
OF THE LAST REFILL. AND FOR THAT TOO PERSONAL
ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY WITH A BOOKING SLIP
ISSUED BY THEM, NO PHONE CALL IS ENTERTAINED FOR
THIS PURPOSE.
3. WORST IS THAT THEY HAVE STOPPED SUPPLYING
ANY CASH MEMO. NOW A DAYS ITS CASH & CARRY
AFFAIR, THAT PRE-EMPTS ANY LEGAL
CONSUMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL.
