I have booked my gas connection exactly 4 months back with M/S Sheetla Gas service pvt Ltd in Gurgaon and is still awaiting it. So far nothing with regards to this has been done and they are providing an answer of this being provided by approximately the month of March i.e. in 9 months. Is it the normal time for getting a gas connection?
Are we still in this much bad shape with respect to LPG although the crude price in international market has declined from $140 to $65.
I am not sure if this delay is normal or if they are bind with some timelines of providing this services to the public. It seems they are behaving in their own way and do not want to change.
I am looking forward to some legal actions in consumer court or similar authorities to take this forward for their irresponsible behaviour.
