BANK OFFICIAL COMPETENCY

Sir,

We are operating an account with The Punjab National Bank, Erode City (Main Branch 0165), Tamilnadu.

We are dealers of Indian Oil Corporation and are operating an account with the aforementioned bank.

We remit cash and transfer funds through RTGS mode to Indian Oil Corporation.

The Officers making RTGS transfers are making error, which results in money not being transferred in time thereby delaying our supplies from the company and affecting our sales, and reputaion.

Officials at the bank are not sensitive to the errors made from their end.

In the last 30 days, twice error has been made by the bank officials while doing RTGS. This has resulted in Approx 5 lakhs rupees not being transferred for 2-3 days.

I request you to address this greiveance withthe concerned officials.
