Delay/non delivery after booking

I booked by LPG cylinder on 12h February with Indane Online booking. Again made follow up. As cylinder was not delivered made complaint on 19th Feb (booking no 13 complaint No.1) till date neither cylinder delivered nor any response from both the company and the dealer dealer is Flame centre patel nagar new delhi
