Indian Oil/LPG cooking gas cylinder
Outdated full cylinder supllied

Dear Sir

I am staying at 33 A, Bose Para Road, flat no 7, Sangita Apartment, Kolkata 700008.I am a customer of LPG Cooking gas. My consumer number T4427 of Indian Oil Corpn. The gas dealer's name is 'Gas & Gadget, shop no 34, Manton super Market, Kolkata 700034, Phone no.03324072643 & 44'.

I have received a full gas cylinder on 18/02/09 delivered by the above agency. The cylinder is marked as'B 07" which means the cylinder is outdated from June/o7.The dealer is not agreed to replace the cylinder.

Please advise me accordingly to get rid out of the problem.
