im resident of gurgaon, I took a Education loan of 15 lakhs for studies abroad, i was not able to pay the interest in holiday period for 8 mnth, but when i got a call i realised that what im doin wrong so then i started paying a sum of 20, 000.00 twenty thousand every mnth which was higher than my monthly interest to cover up my mistake, now i have completed my holiday period, now bank is asking me to my installment of 39, 000.00 . but im not able to afford that because my family is paying that 20, 000.00 interest n im unable to get a jobin my own feild n i have to study also for my exam s in india for 6-7 mnths but the bank manager is not listening to us they r telling us to pay more . so as astudent i want to know my rights as i paid or spent more than i planned, i paid more than my emi, now how can i get some time to pay this loan . please help me than u.
