OF DATED 22.76.09 (10 ENTRIES ) & 27.7.09 (2 ENTRIES)

SB A/C. NO. 26187., INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, DELHI CANTT.

SIR/MADAM,

My daughter is on bed rest and i am staying at u.p. border. It is not easy

To come at delhi cantt. There fore clear my a/c. these are wrong entries

As I have no credit / debit cards. Moreover my a/c joint a/c with my daughters

The following dates have someone else’s.

And this is the big amount. And no one has used these and even we did not use

Atm card also.
