Passport Not Received

Dear Sir,

I applied for passport through Trichur Passport Office, Kerala on 12/11. My file number is Z 495494. Subsequently the police verification got over on 21/11. However till this date the passport has not been received. To add more embarassment, while checking the website "http://passport.gov.in/" the message shown is police verification has not been received. I am supposed to go to Dubai, UAE by mid January. I also need to take passport for my child. Considering the above, request you to look in to this case, and expedite the issuance process at the earliest.
