Passport not received till now

Respected Sir,

This is Jainul Khan from uttar pradesh.

My Passport file no.is.

Sir, me & my all friends have applied for the passport 6-7 months before but the problem is that my all friends have received passports on time but yet till now I have not received my passport. What is the problem that I dont know, I have called & visit at the passport offices many & many times but no better result & no information received by the office.

Please Sir, let me know why this is with me?

Please give me best response as with my passport.

Please help me to get it.
