Iam not recieved passport

I submitted passport application on 22-01 on vijayawada passport office.

my name is hari krishna padarthi

my application number is a/300405/08.

i had also completed police enquiry and they took also my photo and finger prints.

now also iam not received my passport.

it shows neglegency of governament officers.
