Passport not sent and status not shown

I have applied for my passport on 28th may in district passport application collection centre, Agra.the file number which is issued to me is ghbz000814 but when i entered my file number to check the status on net then it says file number is incorrect or information not avillable.the time period which is given by government of india for the full process is 90 days which is alerady completed and with out my passport i cn not get job in aviation industry so kindly do justice with me.
