Applicant Name is correctly displayed on it, but spouse name is incorrectly displaying. please find the details given below about the Correct & Incorrect name.

Passport has been despatched by post on 22-09 vide postal Registration Number 001190

I am sure about all my particulars while filling & submitting the PASSPORT form. All the entries had thoroughly checked while processing the form.
