We had sent a letter on 28/5/08 By Registered Post with Acknowledgement due after that still not received the Acknowledgement card. we gave the compliant in concerned departement regarding this and they also not take any action against the compliant. please do the needful.
This is not a first time every time we have problem with them towards the acknowledgement due card.
I given the compliant status below. which it was registered online postal compliant service.

I went and gave the compliant letter in postal department directly on 3/11/08 and said will take 15 days even they did give the acknowledgement also the same.
I hope and waiting for the good result from the postal department.
