I recieved a parcel on 19 th mar by post, from my brother who lives in bangalore .he parceled me 4 top and a sari, the total cost of all the items was Rs 5000. but when i opened up the parcel it was not containing the above mentioned items instead of above items it was containing 4 old kurtas and a pajam . the parcel items has been changed by the postal department. however when we contacted postal master he said it not are fault.my brother has also given the written application of the complain to the postmaster of the post office from were he sended this parcel that is in nagar bhavi post office bangalore. but they also seems to be careless about it.

now we don't know hwoto take this matter forward so that other peoples don't suffer and the indian postal department should take these things seriously and must act against the culprits
