I have one basic landline phone from BSNL 01692 220651. its bill is paid in Post Office, this time when i went to submit my bill in post office i paid the bill amount and got the receipt from them, when i returned home i found that the receipt is for another number that is 220991. my bill amount 631/- is paid in anothers account. it is fault of lady operator of post office, she was talking on mobile while she was crediting my phone bill. what should i do now? what can be done in this matter?
