Not yet receive acknowledgement lette

Respected sir,

I've send a register post on 4/2/09 to canara bank mumbai. For that i've not yet receive the Acknowledgement letter from the sender.

So kindly process this complaint in a very serious manner and reply this soon, because this is my life. I've send application form in that register post.
