Dear Sir,

I had sent some important documents to Branch Manager, LIC of India, Cantt Branch-i, 35D, Rampur Bagh, Bareilly-243 001 by speed post Recept No. EM 273004613JN from Gokhle Road PO-400 028 on 20 April.

The documents have not been recd till date. Kindly help in tracing the document & the delivery as soon as possible.
