I am a resident of Kamta Sakhi Math, Dahiyawan Tola, Po.- Tanri, Chapra. We are here from 14 years. Our correspondence address is "c/o Vijay Kumar, Kamta sakhi Math, Dahiyawan Tola, Po. Tanri, Chapra-841301, Bihar. An atm card by the name of my grandmother "Sumitra Narayan", on the same address, send by the State Bank Of India by registered post is not delivered by the postman. He has reported that the address is invalid. We have our own house there. We are renound at that particular area. Everyone knows us. But the Postman of the area is not delivering any letter at that address.
