Non delivery of Health supplement ordered from US

Hi sir,

I ordered body building supplement through Ist Place Supplements.

After order was confirmed of shippment within 10-15 days.

But when the product wasn't delievered after one month, I enquired for the product

to the company. They told me that they have dispatched the product as soon as

product was ordered.

They told me to enquire at customs, whether they have cleared the product

or not. They have provided me the Recipt no or label no.

The Label no: CP759921564US.

Please help me in this case.

I really don't know what has happened to the product.
