Items stolen from speed post during delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have sent a speed post on 19th june from gurgaon, haryana to rajahmundry in Andhra pradesh.

I made this post at Indianpost office at sector-14, Gurgaon. It reached the destination on 23rd June in a bad condition, the parcel torn open and the gift i placed inside was opened and the items inside were stolen. Please help me in this issue.
