Not Paid Money Order Amount

On 17th of April I booked money order No. 029428090417001853 from Sarita Vihar (New Delhi) post office to Burdwan, but after 3 months the amount not paid yet. I Complained concerned post office but they can't provide details. I complaint in postal department's website (Complain No. 100000-37611) but it is pending from long time. I am unsure whether the amount will be paid or not
