Cheat with Passengers

Dear Sir,

I have most of time pick train for surat (gujarat) from Boriwali (mumbai) station. On the ticket window,

They cheat the passenger. Always they take more time for giving ticket & in hurry of pick up train, they give less money back.

This things happen five times with me.
