No proper management in Karnataka Express

I travelled 3 to 4 times in last 3 months by Karnataka Express in AC2-tier coach, My boarding point was Gwalior but when train came at station all doors were closed, nobody is there to open the door, at the very last moment after knoking many times attainder wakeup and opened the door, when complain to TC, nothing response.

at least the doors of AC2-tier must be opened if any passenger's boarding point is in between whether train reaches in mid night. It is the responsibilities of TC to take care, since he holds the list of passengers and has the responsibilities.
