Refund of Ticket charge

Sir,

While I am trying to Reserve the Tickets from Chennai to Kottayam (2695) for my friend using my own DEBIT CARD (SBI) on 17.06. an amount of Rs. 1132/- has deducted from my Account. It may please note that the ticket was reserved through the e mail ([email protected]) I tried two times to get the ticket. Each time Rs.1132/- has recovered. But no ticket was confirmed. Since he did not get the ticket he travelled by Trivandrum-mail (2623) on 18.6.2009.Next day instead of refunding Rs.2264/- (Rs.1132 x 2) an amount of Rs.1132/- only credited in my account..

Hence I humbly request you to take an action at the earliest.
