Current Reservation Tickets for Shatabdi Exp. not sold at Surat Station

Dear Sir,

I am a regular traveller of Shatabdi Exp from Surat to Vadodara.

After addition of more seats in Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi, Current reservation is stopped at Surat station since last one month.

Booking cleark at current reservation counter suggests pessengers to take a first class ticket and board to Shatabdi and then to pay the difference to T.C

T.C s are not beliving that Surat railway station is not issueing current reservation tickets so they behave badly with the pessengers boarding from Surat
