Today at around 2:30 pm I phoned Indian railway number (03326383542) for knowing the departure time of Shipra Express. What he answered is not audiable. Again I asked him whether it is in right time or not. Insatantly he abused me in telephone. I asked his name. He refused to tell his name. Earlier also I have faced this kind of behavoiur. I hope Railway authority will look into the matter and initiate necessary action against that official.
