Ruthless to Senior Citizenss

Dear Sir,

In today's train i.e., 19th October, 07, Prashanti Express (BNG to VSP) 3 people are travelling in the name if Subhadramma (75 years) Narasayyamma (45 Years) and Rani (25 years) from BNG to VSP. PNR No. 4357909836 Train No. 8564. 3rd Ac

Myself (grandson of Ms. Subhadramma) had booked the tickets under my licence no as they are not aware of the internet booking process. INstead of my licence, have asked them to carry their pan numbers enabling to identify with the tickets. Also, informed him that we will show the licence at the destination but still did not agree.

The TT who came in this train had harrased the old ladies for the last 2 1/2 hours that you need to pay 1400 each or else get down the train. He had made 75 years old lay cry and touch his feet and took 400/- and then left. This is not fare on his part. Is this the way we treat our senior citizens in our country..!

Please look into this matter and take the necessary action on this guy (deputed on this route) who is ruthless and mercyless to the senior citizens travelling.
