Two passengers trains are starting from Arakkonam at 7.00 AM. One train to Vellore and another to Renigunta. The Name board provided in the trains are similar.
In the Vellore train it is provided like: " Vellore -Arakkonam-Renigunta"
In the Renigunta train also it is provided like: " Vellore -Arakkonam-Renigunta"
The passengers are getting confuse which train is going to Vellore and which one is going to Renigunta. Why the Railway department is not bothering about customers problems? Very small mistake but giving more problems to the customers.
