I booked Talkal Quota Ticket as per PNR 6335178722 by 9270 MKI-PBR Exp of 30th-Nov fm Jaipur. When I reached Jaipur @18.00PM on yesterday, I got to know that the train is late by 6.30 Hrs.
I contacted Stn Master -Mr Vashistha & Reservation Supervisor Mr BhavarLal for advising me so that I can cancel this E-ticket and get refund. Both of these officeres were sending to me here and there including Supt-Comm & romm no-16 . Their attitude has been completely irresponsibel & irritating.
Also they refused to provide complaint book. They wasted 30 minutes of mine and then refused to extend any help.
Both the officials refused to talk saying that nothing will happen as this being an e-ticket and I will have to loose this money if can t wait for 6.30 Hrs.
As I was to resume my duty, I had to rush and reach Ahmedabad by 10am. I then rushed to Shrinath Travels with my family and luggage and travelled by them. In this rush My wife lost her bag in which cash of Rs 9000/- was there.
The whole episode was so unfortunate and a bitter experience to me from the side of railways.
Please advise to me as to what to do now so that I get proper justice.
