Harassment to aged ladies by TT on duty on 18 Jan in train 5620 Ky Gaya Biweekly

Three Ladies with age 54, 62, 67 were traveling from NJP to Gaya in train No 5620,

they were RAC-8, 9 and 10 and got it confirmed and allotted Coach No S-15, 16 and 23 and boaded the train at 4 PM at NJP rail Jn. Howevever the TT On duty athat time refused to allow the ladies to seat/ bearth inspite of their names being displayed on the resevation chart, their names are NIMOO BHUTIA age 54, SONAOMU age 62 and EDEN BHutia age 67. The TT took money from other passenger and he allotted the seats/ bearths to them. Thus bonafied passengers with proper tickets with confirmed seats were denied and they suffered whole night being elderly ladies due to the harrasment made by the TT.

kindly investigate the fact and must punish the curuptted TT on duty
