This has reference to my complaint No: 1722 which remains unresolved until date inspite of your assistance in forwarding the complaint to the relevant authorities.
Is this how the Indian Railways treat their passengers leave alone the First Class passengers??? What would it take to get them to respond to my complaint?? Or is it the care a damn attitude to the Indian public who are paying for a particular service and being shortchanged by the service provider?
Can anyone help me with their advice to enable me to get this situation resolved???
