Cockroaches in AC compartment in Matsyagandha

Dear Concern,

I would like to bring to your notice that while travelling from Matsyagandha 2169 on my way from Mangalore to Mumbai in 2 tier AC coach the condition of the same was really bad. It was smelling badly and there were cockroaches all over the place.

This is not the first time that i am facing this problem. After paying for AC coach one will not expect such service from the railways.

Would like you to look into this matter and take action on the same as soon as possible.
