I have not received any reply to my previous complaint

Dear sir, I travelled through the train no 9109 Gujarat Queen from Bharuch to Maninagar stations by D3 coach (on 20th april.2010;PNR no:8242356509) which is a 2S reserved ticket coach but I found that a lot of unreserved passengers enter the same coach. Their number is such big that the reserved ticket holders can not reach their seat. The trains stops for 3 to 5 mnts at the station so one can not call the TTE or the railway police or other staff for the help.

More over very important thing is that I booked ticket through IRCTC which showed my reservation on seat no 20 as awindow seat but entering thae D3 coach I found that no 20 is never a window seat. Although I travelled without any big trouble I would like to draw you attention that the above mentioned two matters must be solved.
