Ake windows not working

Sir I am regular traveller of western railway

I daily travel from virar to churchgate.

Last week while travelling suddenly rain started pouring.

But people could not shut down any windows and more than 200 got wet as it was

morning rush time

And to rub the salt on our wounds the said rake was new one.

for ur info the rake in question was 2125b

I hope rail way will take prompt action in this regard and repair the said rake at the

earliest to lessen the misery of already overburdened virar train travellers.
