I am not satisfied with facility in First Class Coach in Saurashtra Express

I had traveled in Indian Rail Saurashtra Express-9215 With PNR 8146714104 On Dt. : 05-Sep in First Class. The Coach was very dirty, and looking like a General Coach. Just A Spacious Cabin was there in the name of First Class and there was no Clean Seat, No A.C. plug for charger, Dirty Floor.
