I am not satisfied with th state os seats in gujarat express

I am travelling in Gujarat express from ahmedabad to surat. The seats are not at all in proper condition in AC chair car. C2 compartment seat number 21, the tray for food is not there only.rest covers of armrests are in tatters.please look into it
