Complain against the IRCTC vendors at New Delhi and other Railway stations

Hi,

This is to bring into the notice that the IRCTC vendors at the New Delhi railway station are charging more for the eatables rather on the rate as listed on the item. They are charging extra Rs 2-5 on all the items. I faced this issue at the Platform number 13. When I objected against this, then he refunded back my money.

The same thing I faced at Mughal Sarai Railway station.

When I asked him for the complain book, he didn t even provided me that.

I request for the strict action to be taken against those vendors in the interest of common and illeterate people who suffers a lot..
