Trains always starting late

I am an NRI regularly travelling to my native place NANDED (Maharashtra). Two trains 563 (Nampally-Parbhani) and 564 (Nanded-Secundrabad) always starts one and half to two hours late from their respective stations. As the train route is through small towns and the passengers travelling in these trains are mostly villagers nobody complains about these delays. I request you to look into this matter, and find out the reasons for the delay.
