The IRCTC web site is displaying "service not available" at all times when ever we want to book an e-ticket. We feel the site is hacked by brokers, so a s not to let a single ticket go out of hand to them. The web site also donot allow to book tickets on "Tatkal" before 8.20 AM, by which time all the Tatkal tickets are over. The website should be more tamper-proof and give better results.
