My parents are traveling from MUGHAL SRAI to LOKMANIYA TILAK MUMBAI by Train No.2142 with valid tickets and the train authority peoples not letting my father to acquire his seat without any reason, unnecessary they are harassing my parents.
Please look into the matter and take some strict action against the responsible persons for this kind of activities.
