Regarding sleeper class ticket

I have brought a general class ticket no-65132299 on 28th June from Danapur railway station ticket counter.for journey from Danapur to Buxar by Lalaqila Exp. Train no- 3111 as soon as the train arrived I asked the T.T.E. to convert my ticket from general to sleeper class. I was told at the enquiry that my ticket will be converted in train by T.T.E to sleeper class. When I contacted to T.T.E of train at Danapur railway station.

He took Rs 150 from me for the cause but didn't give me reciept. When I asked for the reciept he misbehaved with me. I can easily recognise that T.T.E. if called to do so. This problem must be redressed .to maintain the image of Indian railways.
