Reluctancy of Howrah Station enquiry staff to provide information to customers

My parents are scheduled to arrive at 4 am on 11-10 at howrah station (Kolkata) by train no. 2840. So at first I tried and called the automated Train arrival and departure service no. i.e., 1331/1332. But it said that the train has already arrived. Then I called up the manual enquiry of the howrah station new complex where after many rings a lady picked up and said a reluctant "hello howrah station enquiry". When asked about wht was the arrival time of the train she said "please call after 1 o clock". When I asked what was the scheduled time she said 4 am and hung up the phone before i could say another word. So i would like to launch a complaint against the reluntancy of the enquiry staff to offer information to the customers which causes a lot of problem to us.
