Dear Sir/madam

I had withdrawn rs 3000/- from ICICI Bank, IBSL, Jaya Apt, Ghatkopar,

branch, but i didnot got any cash from atm and my a/c has been

debited by rs.-3000/-.

kindly look after this matter and correct the specified transaction.
