Article not delivered yet

I was posted an article on 07/12 from bareilly post office (110043) posted from No- EU376100404IN on 07/12 and it did not reach me till date. It has been 15 days late while this is promised to be delivered within 2 days. The remedial actions may kindly be taken to avoid such recurrences, as it would severely affect the relevance of the Speed Post by our Postal Dept...

I had tracked this article, it is still stuck in Indraprasth HPO.
