INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENT GOING TO UNKNOWN PLACE

Dear Sir

We had booked one small Parcel to Malaysia from

Madurai RMS Counter Tag No; ET785811332IN on

18th August. Now the Tracking Shows it will go to

Hydrabad and further go to Rurkala through RMS.

WE would like to know When it will reach Malayasia.

Why it will go to Rurkala (It is international parcel it must

go via Chennai by air to Malayasia.)

Please Clarify.
