I had taken delivery of 20 CD pack parcel when i tried to loge my claim for offered free gifts (free trip, airticket round trip and benten sunglasses) on their given web http://bookstoday.in/promos.htm it was under maintennece some day's but when it's open i tried lots of time with my unique no. but that's not working and saying not correct than i call so many times upon mention coustomer care no. call 011 40502424 they confirmed only this web but nothing works.
Such areputed company can play like this with masses is realy a matter of surprise.
so plz tell me how can i get my free gift voucher promptly.
