Regarding speed post

Respected Sir,

I posted three application form for job by speed post from Forbesganj Post Office. Such speed post numbers are:-

1. SP EF925464945IN Dated :-26.08.2009 from forbesganj to patna Current Status:- delivered to not mentioned, on dated:-03.11.2009 .

2. SP EF925466711IN Dated:- 07.09.2009 from forbesganj to patna. Current Status:- delivered at hauz khas, to not mentioned, on dated: 06.11.2009.

3. SP EF925467748IN Dated:- 18.09.2009 from forbesganj to noida. Current Status:- delivered at patna gpo dated:-04.11.2009.

All three are posted as speed post, all are job applications and documents.

This is very cruel joke for my career, for this act postal department is directly responsible. I want clarification on this matter other wise i will go to higher department.
